Choosing a Class That's Right for You

Restorative Yoga - Ideal for all levels, including beginners, pregnant women, seniors or people recovering injury.  A gentle and slow moving class that assists in helping to release tight joints and relax your body.  Some extended health insurances offer yoga as a treatment option.  We offer receipts and quotes to insurance companies to continue your wellness treatments.  For more information, please contact Maryann joyofyogabolton@yahoo.com

Gentle Yoga - A slower moving class that incorporates traditional stregthening level I yoga poses combined with releasing restorative postures creating a gentle practice.  Suitable for all levels, including pregnant women.

Level I Yoga - A class blending Hatha, Yin, Jivamukti and other styles of yoga creating a different experience each time you practice.  Proper alignment and modifications are offered for the variety of students who attend this class; fromstudents who are beginning yoga to experienced students who will be guided into deeper poses.  Flexibility is not required - a consistent and mindful yoga practice will help increase strength and flexibility, on and off your mat.

Hatha I/II - A quiet movement through poses with an emphasis on the flow of the class .  Lots of energy, creativity and innovation.  Suitable for all levels.

Ashtanga Yoga - a vigourous class consisting of poses from the primary series.  The pattern of Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses, inversions and backbends allows for growth in increments with each class.  Suitable for all levels with many modifications provided.

Yin Inspired - Explore a new sense of Joy practicing Yin Yoga.  Decompress the spine, release tension, open your body while you lengthen your muscles and connective tissues.  By holding classic Yoga poses for minutes at a time, Yin Yoga targets areas of the body that a more traditional style of yoga class may not reach.  You will be guided into poses with hands on adjustments.  If you would prefer not to be touched, please speak to your instructor before class.

Prenatal Yoga - All levels welcome, yoga experience not necessary.

Mom (with baby) Yoga -  A gentle class to stretch tight shoulders, strengthen low back and explore the opportunity to relax and release.  Pre- registration required.

Drop in passes have no expiration date. 

End of Summer Special for the month of August - Purchase any size drop in class package and enter your name to DOUBLE your classes!  The draw will be held Wednesday September 1 and the winner will be notified by phone.
