After reading the description and deciding which class you would like to try, check our class schedule to find which time fits best into your day and arrive 10 minutes before your class.   Prices are listed at the bottom of this page.  Most classes have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 9 to run.

Restorative Yoga - Ideal for all levels, including beginners, seniors or people recovering injury or disease.  A gentle, slow and therapeutic  class that assists in helping to release tight joints and relax your body with the use of yoga props and guided relaxation.   There is no standing or balancing required for this practice.
Some extended health insurances offer yoga as a treatment option.  We work closely with physiotherapists and doctors recommendations to offer quotes to insurance companies for your continued wellness treatments.  For more information, please contact Maryann joyofyogabolton@yahoo.com

Gentle Yoga - A slower moving class that incorporates traditional stregthening level I yoga poses combined with releasing restorative postures creating a gentle practice.  Modifications and yoga props are offered so all all levels can participate, even beginners & pregnant women.

Level I Yoga - A challenging class blending Hatha, Yin, Jivamukti and other styles of yoga creating a different experience each time you practice.  Proper alignment and modifications are offered for the variety of students who attend this class allowing for guidance into deeper poses.  Flexibility is not required - a consistent and mindful yoga practice will help increase strength and flexibility, on and off your mat.

Yin - Deep Stretch Yoga - Explore a new sense of Joy practicing Yin Yoga.  Decompress the spine, release tension, open your body while you lengthen your muscles and connective tissues.  By slow holding of classic Yoga poses for 3 - 5 minutes at a time with assistance of yoga props, breath and gentle adjustments, Yin Yoga targets areas of the body that a more traditional or flowing yoga class may not reach.  You may be guided into poses with hands on adjustments - if you would prefer not to be touched, please speak to your instructor before class. Suitable for all levels, including pregnant women.

Yin/Yang Yoga  - Yin means to hold, Yang to move. This class combines flowing sequences followed by holding the pose in stillness.  This practice creates flexibility, strength and concentration through breath.  Suitable for all levels. 

Yoga Nidra
This ancient yogic practice is both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy practice that helps to reduce stress and improve sleep. 
Yoga Nidra allows you to lay very still to focus your awareness on your breath, bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts creating a meditative state, also called the Sleeping Yoga; your intention is to remain relaxed, awake and aware.  You will by lying down for the practice, please dress comfortably.

$5 Youth Yoga - (Friday night) Yoga is about:  being in the moment without inside or outside disturbances; listening to your breath and your body without judgement; moving to the rhythm that you need, challenging yourself without competition; & much more.  Come move to music, listen to your body and relax.  For ages 7-12 years.

Prenatal Yoga - Most yoga classes on our schedule are suitable for pregnant women.

Semi Private   add $10 per student
