Pregnancy Yoga, Labour Classes
& Yoga for Women
 |
 |
Pregnant women are welcome to attend any of our classes on the Drop In Class Schedule - most poses can be modified safely for you and these classes are taught by Maryann Herlinger, Certified Doula, Childbirth Educator and Yoga Instructor.
Yoga practice can help improve breathing and focus, calming the nerves and softening the body in preparation for birth. You are able to continue to practice at the level of your own comfort, going deeper when you need to without restrictions, being more gentle when you are feeling tired.
These classes are not just for prenant women, so modifications will be given to all the members in the class. If you prefer not to be adjusted, please speak to me before the class begins. To find out which class may be best for you, please contact Maryann at (905)857-1866 or joyofyogabolton@yahoo.com
