The studio will be closed this Saturday March 21 as I will be attending my son's wedding.
I have posted the Easter schedule on our website with a special 3 hour restorative workshop on Friday March 10 (Good Friday). If you have the day off and want to spend the afternoon releasing and opening your body it will be a real treat! Please pre-register to ensure a space.
The spring schedule will be posted on the site next week with some exciting new workshops and some small changes to our drop in schedule.
