Yin Yoga for Deep Stretch
A Class for All Levels

A slow moving practice that applies the theory of yin yoga (holding poses for deep ligament stretch) and restorative yoga (supported poses for release of muscles)
to encourage the body to relax, stretch and let go. 
Moving slowly with breath, the body and mind release tension and bring a feeling of
openess and length, especially to the low back and hips
.
