Yoga offers an opportunity of reaching to a deeper understanding of your body through breath, movement, stillness and awareness.
Not feeling flexible enough or concern about being 'good at it' are often reasons why people don't try a yoga class.

it will benefit you.
This is why we offer different styles and times so you can make a choice of which class best fits into your life.
Yoga helps to create flexibility of mind, as well as body, creating understanding, tollerance, strength and compassion as you move through this ever-changing world. This is why it is referred to as a Yoga Practice...we keep trying and learning through our body, breath and mind.
