Welcome to Joy of Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or not our certified and experienced teachers are dedicated to guide you through your class to help you discover breath, strength, space and relaxation. 

It is not necessary to touch your toes to practice yoga.  Yoga helps to create flexibility of mind as well as body, easing our movement through this ever-changing world.

Drop in classes offer you great choice in both your time and your level of practice. We have many drop in classes each week to choose from including prenatal yoga and yoga for injuries and meditation.
