why people don't try yoga a yoga class...if you're in the right type of class, it will benefit you. This is why there are different styles and times offered to best fit into your life.
Yoga helps to create flexibility of mind, as well as body, creating understanding, tollerance, strength and compassion as you move through this ever-changing world. This is why it is referred to as a Yoga Practice...we keep trying and learning through our body, breath and mind.
