To connect with our energetic self, we move through the balance of our spine.
Along the spine are 7 energy centres known as chakras.
Each chakra has a colour, name, position and purpose.
To feel in balance, it is our intention to align the chakras
for a straight flow of energy.
In this practice you will move through different yoga postures
to encourage this alignment.
We will then spend time in a chakra meditation
to solidify our intention.
No experience is required, just an open mind
to explore your inner self.
