"Moon" is related to the monthy menstrual cycle.
Restorative Moon Yoga helps to relax and release your body and mind, working on the tight muscles and joints in a supported, slow and gentle class. Yoga props are used (supplied by Joy of Yoga) to help release neck, shoulders, back and hips. By practice a slow, releasing class with specific postures to encourage balance and relaxing breathing techniques, the natural monthly cycle can become more regular and help you to deal with discomforts.
